As your personal trainer, I give you sessions tailored to your fitness goals.  My train and relax philosophy puts you through the tough workout you need then gently decreases the demand on your body for a relaxing stretch out. We take regular measurements to track weight loss progress and improvements to your fitness and wellness.  Getting the results you want is always my priority.

Personal training sessions are at the Muscle Mechanics gym in Beverly Grove. Oh, and relax, parking is free, right under the building, towel service and locker rooms are provided by the Muscle Mechanics gym. 


For an additional fee, you can train in your home gym in the West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Beverly Grove, Miracle Mile and Hancock Park neighborhoods of Los Angeles, CA.

Obstacle Course Racing: Challenge your strength, endurance and mental grit covering mud, hills and conquering obstacles you never thought you could.  Personal training at it's best will push you to your limits, force you to conquer your fears, and feel ready to take on anything!


HIIT: High intensity interval training.  In these workouts I combine explosive and full body movements to work the body as a system in a high intensity session that burns fat, builds muscle and synergizes core strength with the rest of the body.


Yoga: Bring your attention to the present moment.  Yoga practice with me cultivates the mind body connection. Practice will be tailored to your goals. Options can include gentle yoga, power flow, restorative & yin.
